Västfastigheter is part of Region Västra Götaland and in charge of the region s entire supply of premises. Our main task is to make sure that the region s activities can be pursued in suitable premises, adapted to needs and requirements for the safety and function of various activities. Västfastigheter administer management and maintenance of their own property and develop premises in reconstruction and new buildings. We also rent premises in externally owned property for activities with special building requirements. Västfastigheters district offices are located in Göteborg, Uddevalla and Skövde/Borås and the headquarters are in Vänersborg.
